Amazon Worldwide Operations is the underlying fulfillment and customer service engine that ensures Amazon creates the same consistent world-class customer experience every time. We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our RoW Value Recovery team. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as business acumen. The candidate should value our customers (internal and external) and work back from the customer to create structured processes for global expansions of work authorization and help integrate new countries/new acquisitions into the existing program. They should be experts in partnering and earning trust with operations/business leaders to drive key business decisions.

Key job responsibilities

1. Own the development and maintenance of dashboards focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting.
2. Partner with operations/business teams to develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting, process solutions, and improvements to meet business needs.
3. Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources into a digestible and actionable format.
4. Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.
5. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
6. Design, develop, and maintain automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Basic operations knowledge through work experience or coursework
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in Operations function
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to own and follow through on issues
