Job Overview

The Senior Controller will oversee bus station operations, monitor driver behavior, ensure safety and cleanliness, coordinate with control centers, and support customer service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bus drivers’ behaviors within stations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain 24 / 7 availability across all bus stations.
• Supervise station assets, prevent misuse, and enforce penalties for violations.
• Coordinate with investors and stakeholders to ensure task completion.
• Implement management instructions, circulars, and service change orders.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of buses and stations as per schedule.
• Coordinate with control centers regarding bus schedules, accidents, and disruptions.
• Handle customer and driver feedback, report findings to relevant departments.
• Report to supervisors on service quality and operational issues.
• Conduct field training for new staff to enhance service quality.
• Monitor health, safety procedures, and equipment at stations.

Qualifications

Skills : Effective communication, teamwork, basic computer skills, fluent in English (Arabic advantageous), 0-2 years experience.
