Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our organisation's reputation as an employer of choice. You will work closely with the wider TA and HR teams and the Brand and Marketing teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns that raise awareness of careers at Etihad and attract top talent for current and future vacancies. Your role involves leveraging channels such as social media, employer review sites, and employee testimonials to communicate our employer value proposition effectively.

Education & Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing within large, complex organizations
  • Understanding of high-volume recruitment marketing needs and niche recruitment strategies
  • Experience in developing and articulating Employee Value Propositions
  • Proven campaign design, management, and measurement skills
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset capable of developing innovative campaigns
  • Analytical skills to measure branding effectiveness and sentiment
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Expertise in social media platforms, employer review sites, and relevant channels
  • Highly organized with strong project and program management skills
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate relationship management, video interviewing, and automation tools from a branding perspective
