Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on high-impact, complex mechanical package projects in a fast-paced, multinational setting We're hiring a Project Manager to lead the execution of multiple skid-based industrial projects, overseeing performance, budgets, timelines, and team collaboration.

In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal part in executing turnkey mechanical systems and engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. If you're ready to travel, thrive under pressure, and are passionate about operational excellence we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assigned complex skid package projects to improve profitability and ensure timely completion.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and serve as the central point of contact.
• Optimize project profitability while maintaining timelines and quality.
• Act as deputy for the Director of Projects when needed.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Regularly report on project performance and risk mitigation.

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of project management experience, including 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong mechanical engineering background, preferably with experience in skid packages.
• Solid commercial understanding and technical depth.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and escalation management skills.
• PMP certification preferred
• Must currently be based in Dubai with the ability to travel across regions as required.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
