An established industry player is seeking a skilled manager to oversee patient service revenue processes. To monitor and manage the patient and front office administration process related to the capturing, management and collection of patient service revenue to ensure optimal revenue collection and prevent financial risk.
To ensure the delivery of the patient journey from referral to follow-up and the management of all operational service points.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential : A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or health or hospitality related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential : At least 3-5 years’ management experience in a similar position
Desired : Experience with Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions.
