Job description

Kensington West Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our growing team. If you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in driving sales performance, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing day-to-day office operations, and ensuring that performance targets are met. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market while upholding our standards of service and professionalism.

Compensation:
  • Salary: AED 15,000 per month
  • Increment: AED 5,000 after 6 months upon confirmation
  • Commission: 5% of total team commission
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  2. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business flow
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  5. Foster strong client and partner relationships to drive business growth
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  7. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate leadership or sales management role
  2. Candidates with a British background
  3. In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  5. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  6. Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
