HR Manager Location: Sharjah, UAE Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month Industry: Industrial / Engineering / Water Treatment Job Type: Full Time Experience Level: Mid-Level Nationality: Open to All Job Description: We are currently hiring an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a multinational industrial solutions company headquartered in Sharjah. The company is a recognized provider of engineering-driven products in the water treatment and chemical dosing systems space, catering to clients across the Middle East. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mid-sized setup and wants to take ownership of the HR function while also supporting wider business operations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping, leave balances, and deductions • Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Sharjah Free Zone regulations • Handle visa processing, employee documentation, and renewals with support from PRO • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and maintain HR records • Assist with basic administrative tasks, finance data entry, and leave management • Support employee engagement initiatives and drive internal communications • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries Requirements: • 4–6 years of experience in HR within the UAE • Basic accounting or finance experience is a strong advantage (e.g., payroll, petty cash, invoice support, or expense management) • Comfortable handling dual responsibilities across HR and light finance admin functions • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law; Sharjah Free Zone experience preferred • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage • Working knowledge of accounting or finance operations is beneficial • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRMS exposure is a plus What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Stable, multinational environment with a diverse team • Exposure to strategic HR and business operations • Opportunity to grow with a recognized leader in the engineering sector Application Instructions: • Only candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant HR experience will be considered.
