Gault&Millau UAE - Commercial Leader
Gault&Millau UAE is seeking a dynamic commercial leader to join its revenue-generating team. The role involves pitching, planning, and delivering market-leading campaigns for its commercial partners. The ideal candidate should have robust experience working with teams, launching products, and selling media solutions, along with an established network of contacts across the region, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a passion for selling unique executions. This role is client-facing across the region.
The candidate should be a culinary enthusiast with media sales experience and a good understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving and managing monthly revenue across Gault&Millauae.com and related events.
- Pitching innovative executions for a wide variety of clients.
- Exceeding revenue targets through professional pitching and presenting, both in response to client briefs and by proactively developing new concepts.
- Establishing relationships with new partners and clients to generate new revenue streams.
- Managing a client list and working closely with PR and media agencies to build and maintain industry relationships.
- Creating monthly and seasonal offers and products to diversify opportunities for brand and commercial partners, including events and activations.
- Developing high-quality presentations for pitches and delivering flawless post-campaign reports.
- Collaborating with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify partners and brands for campaign amplification.
- Working with the editorial team to ensure executions meet content and editorial standards.
- Utilizing professional contacts and social media to stay updated on market trends and identify new opportunities.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
