Due to a strong pipeline of projects, our Abu Dhabi team is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Hardscape and Irrigation (Infrastructure) to undertake an infrastructure project. It is a fixed-term contract for 13 months, based in Madinat Zayed.

• In this role, you will provide support and assistance to the Resident Engineer and oversee processes associated with the construction stages of the project. Duties will include:
• administrative and managerial responsibilities; technical reviews and approvals; providing advice and technical support in areas such as softscape, hardscape, aesthetics, surface finishes, materials, scheduling, and approvals.
• ground levels and propositions, control point installation, survey contours, landforms, resolution of clashes with utilities, irrigation data, and water demand verification.
• factory visits, nursery visits, FATSAT, material selection.
• liaison with clients, authorities, contractors, and suppliers; raising quality reports like SOR, NCR, and correspondence with all entities.
• coordination for rearranging existing services, traffic assets; approval of WIRs, MAR, MIR logs, reports; snagging, de-snagging, punch lists.
• warranties, undertakings by contractors; maintenance and upkeep of completed works.

What you will bring

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience and at least 7 years of similar work experience on large projects.
• Regional experience is preferred.
• Authority registration is preferred.
• A professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity disciplines or a team of moderate size and complexity.
• UAE Driving License.
• Good communication skills & relationship building.
• Experience in infrastructure projects.
