Hogar Properties, one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate brokerages, is seeking a dynamic & driven HR Manager to lead our people strategy as we scale locally and internationally.

This role involves building a company culture rooted in performance, innovation, and long-term talent growth.

We need someone who is hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to play a strategic role in shaping the future of our brand.

????Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all departments (sales, marketing, admin, CRM, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and contract renewals
  • Structure and implement KPIs, compensation models, and commission frameworks
  • Build performance management systems and career progression frameworks
  • Monitor and manage staff engagement, internal policies, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate training, development, and compliance initiatives
  • Lead monthly HR reporting and analytics for senior leadership
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures

????Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within real estate, recruitment, or a fast-paced sales environment
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and employee relations
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Experience with HR software (Zoho, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to multitask across departments
