noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, providing fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operational flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. Our mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, empowering retailers with control and success.

What you'll do:

Join a team of fast, smart, and dedicated professionals. Working closely with leadership, you'll dive into the dynamic world of food delivery, focusing on customer growth across the UAE. Your role blends strategy with action, from building growth models in Abu Dhabi to analyzing funnel drop-offs in Sharjah. If you thrive on variety, autonomy, and ownership, this is your role.

  • Own traffic and order growth metrics across multiple UAE cities
  • Design, test, and scale interventions to improve performance
  • Analyze campaigns, cohorts, and channel data; act on insights
  • Create dashboards and narratives to inform decision-makers
  • Collaborate with operations, product, marketing, and finance teams to implement initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and anticipate actions
  • Think locally, execute professionally

What you'll need:

  • 2–3 years of experience in food delivery, e-commerce, startups, or strategy consulting, preferably in a growth role
  • MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution, or equivalent real-world experience
  • Proficiency with SQL / BigQuery and dashboards; comfort with large datasets
  • Excel/Sheets expertise for data analysis
  • Strong storytelling skills to clarify complex information
  • Bonus: Arabic fluency and familiarity with the UAE market
