This includes managing databases, data analytics tools, and reporting systems to ensure the efficient gathering, processing, and dissemination of information. Additionally, the manager is responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence strategies, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with various departments to optimize business processes and achieve organizational goals.
