Job Summary:
- We are looking for an Enterprise Architecture - Business Lead, who have a strong background in Business Architecture to lead strategic initiatives and ensuring strategic alignment with DEJEM Strategy 2029 in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will specialize in capability-based planning, value stream analysis, capability estimation & costing, customer journey mapping, scenario modeling, trade-off analysis, OKR cascading & monitoring, and project management to ensure proper execution for architects.
- Using advanced tools like Bizz design or Capsifi, this role will focus on blueprinting business-IT transformation, aligning enterprise architecture with corporate strategy, and ensuring agility in responding to external market forces. The Business Architect will work closely with stakeholders, transformation teams, and executive leadership to blueprint the optimization needed to enhance business performance, improve operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and enhance customer experiences across the real estate lifecycle.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing architecture roadmaps, analyzing enterprise maturity, modeling what-if scenarios, and ensuring seamless integration between business and technology to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Architecture & Capability-Based Planning:
- Develop and maintain business capability models to align with corporate objectives and DEJEM Strategy till 2029.
- Define and implement capability-based planning to connect business strategy with execution.
- Align business and IT capabilities with organizational growth strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Assess capability gaps and maturity levels to faciliate digital transformation initiatives.
- Perform cost estimation and financial impact analysis for Capabilities based Planning
- Develop cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations to ensure effective resource allocation for new projects.
- Assist in Developing Capability Roadmap.
Value Stream Mapping & Lean Management:
- Conduct value stream analysis to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Apply Lean Management principles to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery.
- Mapp Value stream with Process and develop Utilize BPMN and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline process
Customer/ Tentant / Occupant Journey Mapping & Experience Optimization:
- Develop customer journey maps to understand interactions at different touchpoints in the real estate lifecycle (property search, purchasing, leasing, maintenance, etc.).
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery.
Enterprise Architecture:
- Utilize BiZZdesign or Capsifi to develop and manage enterprise architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment between business, Data, Application & Technology. (BDAT)
- Work with cross-functional teams to modernize business processes and drive digital adoption using Application Portfolios.
- Perform GAP analysis between To Be Architecture and As Is Architecture
- Develop What-If Case Scenarios of multiple Architecture Scenario and clear out decision of direction.
- Develop Architecture Definition Document, Architecture Specification Document,
- Develop Business Architecture based on BIZBOK, TOGAF & ArchiMate.
Strategy Alignment:
- Insure KPI & OKR within Balanced Scorecard framework are cascade properly, weighted based on Strategy contribution.
- Determine Data Sources thats relate its contribution in KPI Calculations.
- Validate and Collect Data related to Performance and ensure data integrity upon calculation KPI with supported documents.
- Conduct a quarterly performance review, identifying areas that are off track. Analyze the impact on affected capabilities and assess the implications for overall business outcomes.
- Assist in modeling business model canvas and cascaded it to Architecture component.
- Ensure Policy and Guidelines are fulfilling Strategy.
Project & Change Management:
- Track Transformation RoadMap, and ensure its cascading from Transformation Office , to Program and Projects with measurable KPI that's Reflect performance on CEO & Board Dashboard.
- Apply change management best practices to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and executive leadership to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Govern Architect has been developed and ensure Project Implementer adhere to Architect.
Work Experience & Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise strategy, and IT alignment
- 3+ years experience in BizDesign , Capsifi or Business Transformation tools
- 2 years experience in Corporate Real Estate Asset Management industry.
- 1 year experience in digital transformation.
- Ms. Power BI Expert Strong analytical.
- Two years Yardi experience or any Real Estate Application & CRM.
Preferred Certifications
- CBA Business architecture certification
- Certified in Archimate
- Certified in TOGAF
- PMP
- Lean Six Sigma (Process Improvement)
Remuneration Range: Competitive salary will be provided as per market trend, within the range of 20K-25K and other benefits.
