Position Summary

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content marketing initiatives for the Middle East market. Your goal is to enhance brand awareness and influence in the region through diverse and impactful content formats. This role requires strategic thinking, strong writing skills, and sharp insight into digital marketing and market trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Content Planning & Distribution

  • Collaborate with external vendors based on business objectives and team needs to lead the ideation, production, and performance review of branded content. Ensure the output aligns with platform formats and brand guidelines while resonating with local trends in the Middle East.
  • Work closely with the influencer marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for influencer-led campaigns.
  • Oversee content production for offline events, including pre-event shoot planning and creative direction. Coordinate with photographers to ensure the captured materials align with the brand tone and incorporate innovative elements inspired by regional trends.

Market Trend Monitoring & Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with key developments in the target market, monitor competitor content strategies and evolving consumer behaviors, and provide data-driven summaries and actionable insights to continuously optimize content performance.

Copywriting & Content Review

  • Write high-quality, localized copy that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and communicates key messages effectively across various platforms. Maintain close collaboration with translators to ensure consistency and cultural relevance. Content scope includes, but is not limited to: promotional articles, social media posts, video scripts, campaign copy, advertising materials, offline event content, PR gift messages, and brand introduction documents.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce cohesive marketing materials, ensuring all content is visually and verbally aligned with the brand identity.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; fluency in English as a working language is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Familiarity with the Middle East market is preferred.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good sense of data analysis and logical thinking.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Photoshop; basic visual content creation skills are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture and trends, with the ability to create brand-relevant content accordingly.
  • Familiarity with content seeding and social media marketing strategies, with relevant hands-on experience.
  • Strong team player with high execution capabilities and the ability to collaborate efficiently across departments to achieve project goals.
