Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee multiple construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management processes, particularly in relation to budgeting and financial variations. The candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipal Certificate preferabbly.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee site operations and collaborate with site managers and construction teams across multiple sites.
Budget Management:Work closely with the finance department to prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
Regularly communicate updates regarding budget variations and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all projects comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards, including Dubai Municipality regulations.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and fostering professional relationships.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership:Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training opportunities for team members.
