Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Director located in Dubai. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development activities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.

  1. Oversee the management and development of your regional sales team.
  2. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.
  3. Take overall responsibility for regional office revenue targets.
  4. Ensure regional office KPI's are met or exceeded.
  5. Provide regular reporting to the Executive Team.
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure key accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
  7. Identify new customers and business development opportunities.
  8. Collaborate on a customer visit travel plan and manage your regional sales team travel budget.
  9. Oversee repairs and exchanges for your region.
  10. Represent ASL Aerospace at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
  11. Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  12. Create and implement innovative and tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
  13. Source and broker aircraft spare parts.
  14. Conduct customer visits to key accounts.

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience and comprehensive knowledge of the aviation and aerospace market are essential.
  • Excellent sales, business development, and sales operations skills.
  • Excellent customer service and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
