Job description

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API management, middleware solutions, and enterprise-wide finance system transformations. The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing integration frameworks, ensuring data consistency, security, and high performance across all connected systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect and implement scalable integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications, and external healthcare systems (e.g., Insta, Cerner, EPIC).
2. Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Integration (OCIDI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
3. Design and implement RESTful APIs, SOAP-based web services, and middleware solutions for seamless data exchange.
4. Ensure real-time and batch integration processes are optimized for performance, security, and reliability.
5. Oversee API lifecycle management, ensuring governance, versioning, and standardization of integration endpoints.
6. Establish best practices for data consistency, transformation, and validation across Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
7. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
8. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
9. Lead the impact assessment of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, ensuring integrations remain functional and aligned with evolving system capabilities.
10. Develop technical documentation, including integration architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and API specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 12+ years of experience in Integration Solution Architecture and large-scale enterprise integrations.
3. Experience with healthcare-specific ERP integrations (e.g., Insta, Cerner, EPIC).
4. Proven track record of leading complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integration projects.
