Responsibilities
- Receipt, verification, sorting, and archiving of primary accounting documents (invoices, receipts, acts, payment orders)
- Making payments for operational and office expenses
- Maintaining daily reports and accounting tables
- Calculating and processing payroll for employees via the WPS system
- Uploading data to First Bit ERP and/or ZOHO
- Checking the accuracy of closing documents
- Maintaining an internal document archive (in Bitrix24 and physically)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE
- Experience in submitting VAT reports in the UAE for at least one year
- Understanding of government reporting requirements for operating companies in the UAE
- Nationality: Filipino (preferably)
- Residing permanently in the UAE, as this is an office-based role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ZOHO Books / ZOHO CRM, First Bit ERP, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, meticulousness
- Readiness for routine but systematic work
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with other departments
