Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a strategic and operational role where you will be expected to manage the full recruitment life cycle independently—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. The ideal candidate is resourceful, business-savvy, and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position has strong potential to grow into a leadership role, including the opportunity to build and lead a recruitment team in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, with a strong focus on logistics and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand presence.
  • Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to improve hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare for and contribute to the development of a recruitment team as the business grows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, start-ups, or fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously without heavy reliance on external support.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience working with Chinese companies or in multicultural organizations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Arabic is a plus.
