- (Optional, but preferred): Skilled in diagnosing and repairing mobile phone issues such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging problems, and software troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of laptop repair, smartwatches, and other smart devices is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
