Are you passionate about creating exquisite beverages and delivering an elevated customer experience We're seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in a premium, casual Italian-inspired, modern European dining concept. If you have a love for crafting both high-quality coffee and specialty drinks like mocktails, and thrive in a refined yet dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks (cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos) with attention to detail, consistency, and beautiful presentation.

Showcase latte art skills to enhance the guest experience.

Craft specialty beverages, including iced coffees, frappes, and mocktails, according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders to ensure precise and consistent drink quality.

Provide personalized recommendations on coffee, mocktails, and other beverages based on guest preferences and dietary needs.

Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar, ensuring the station is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Follow strict health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation and food handling practices are consistently upheld.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and cleaning tasks.

Collaborate with team members to provide seamless, efficient service, especially during busy hours.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, ingredients for mocktails, milk, and other supplies, reporting low stock levels to the Head Barista or Restaurant Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years in a premium caf, restaurant, or beverage-focused environment. UAE experience is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in specialty coffee, latte art, and handling commercial espresso machines and grinders. Experience with mocktail preparation is highly valued.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, premium setting.
