Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust short- and medium-term forecasting processes across channels to reduce cost and enhance customer/seller experience
• Develop and monitor key metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory health
• Lead planning for new product launches, seasonal inventory, and slow-moving stock
• Manage inbound operations with sellers, fulfillment centers, and commercial teams
• Set up weekly S&OP reviews to align demand planning with inputs from marketing, category, and operations teams
• Deliver regular performance reports on supply chain KPIs, demand trends, and inventory optimization
• Establish fulfillment visibility and control across logistics and warehouse operations
• Analyze fill rates and shelf availability; drive corrective actions to minimize stockouts and lost sales
• Identify and implement scalable, tech-driven solutions to automate and improve processes
• Champion best practices to reduce supply chain losses and enhance operational efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Demand/Supply Planning
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Background in e-commerce supply chain operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and basic programming (a plus)
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
