Summary
  • Ensure implementation of minimum brand standards.
  • Implement Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20.
  • Respond to Consumer Audit results and execute necessary changes.
  • Promote teamwork and supportiveness among Food and Beverage team members across departments.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and recommend F&B combinations and upsells.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized at front and back of house.
  • Coordinate daily operations and quality control with Kitchen and Beverage Departments.
  • Perform cashier duties and manage Micros cashiering procedures.
  • Prepare for specific events or functions as needed.
  • Be a hands-on supervisor, present especially during busy periods.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to adhere to cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years solid experience in F&B Operations.
  • Strong F&B knowledge, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for hospitality with an energetic personality.
