Job Description

The role involves developing and managing programmes for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), including the ADSW Summit, the Green Hydrogen Summit, and other related activities such as Roundtables and Web-series. The candidate will support content-related activities, liaise with the Marketing & Communications team at ADSW (Masdar), third-party service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on time.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the management and contracting process for the Summit in accordance with policies and business requirements.
2. Develop a list of potential speakers aligned with ADSW objectives.
3. Create presentation materials and templates for smooth event delivery.
4. Lead the relationship with the Content Partner, coordinating on all Summit-related matters as per the contract.
5. Coordinate with Events & Operations teams regarding Summit logistics.
6. Develop and implement the communication plan for the Summit in collaboration with Masdar’s Corporate Communications team.
7. Plan and execute programmes for ADSW and related events throughout the year, ensuring targets are met.
8. Brief high-level speakers, including celebrities, ministers, and Heads of States, according to Masdar standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field; higher qualifications preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience managing content and programmes for similar events.
