Head of Experience Integration (Trainings / Guest Experience / Operations)

What You’ll Do :
- Lead the design and implementation of immersive, innovative experiences across all guests' attractions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate new experiences into daily operations.
- Identify training needs across teams to ensure employees have the skills necessary for exceptional storytelling and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Training & Development to craft targeted training programs that elevate storytelling and service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational transformation, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Oversee budget planning and management for experience development initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals and maximizing return on investment.
- Implement strategies that enhance guest experiences while also driving revenue growth through new attractions, upselling opportunities, and improved operational efficiencies.
- Establish key metrics to assess the impact of new experiences and training programs, providing insights for continuous refinement and improvement.
What You Bring :
- 8+ years in theme parks, tourist attractions, or leisure industries (10+ preferred).
- Deep understanding of theme park operations and guest experience management.
- Proven leadership in driving transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong financial acumen.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data and analysis.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools, techniques, and methodologies, as well as industry-standard software and systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on theme park operating schedules and business requirements.
- Robust organizational & resource planning, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for storytelling, innovation, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field; design thinking is a plus.
- Experience with IP partnerships and emerging guest engagement technologies is a plus.
