About The Opportunity

Our Strategic Consulting business is looking for an Innovation Advisory Consultant to develop and write business advice from strategy to execution to help solve our clients’ most complex business challenges.

Jacobs’ Strategic Consulting team provides strategic advisory in all phases of the business lifecycle, informed by our operational knowledge and deep functional expertise. By integrating strategic and technical expertise, we support the full spectrum of client functions from executive leadership to project delivery and operations.

The selected candidate must have an excellent team-player attitude, with the ability to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect, and accountability. • Lead innovation workshops and design thinking sessions with clients
• Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation implementation
• Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to client industries
• Translate technical engineering concepts into strategic business opportunities
• Create frameworks for measuring innovation outcomes
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life
• Present complex strategies to executive-level audiences

Here's what you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in strategic innovation consulting, preferably within engineering sectors
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their business implications
• Experience with design thinking, agile methodologies, and innovation frameworks
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to translate between technical and business domains
• Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
