Job Overview
This hybrid role combines managing both Katch’s and clients' social media accounts, overseeing the agency's marketing efforts, and supporting new business pitches. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a passion for creativity, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while delivering exceptional results for both the agency and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Brand Marketing
- Take ownership of the agency's marketing strategy and social media presence.
- Plan, develop, and execute campaigns to promote the agency's services, achievements, and expertise.
- Create compelling content that highlights case studies, team milestones, and client successes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Manage and grow the agency’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position the agency as a thought leader. Client
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to meet clients’ objectives.
- Manage and oversee content creation, including posts, videos, graphics, and campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics for clients, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
- Engage with clients’ audiences to build community, manage inquiries, and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and brand voice.
New Business Pitching Support
- Collaborate with the business development team to prepare and present winning pitches to prospective clients.
- Provide strategic input and ideas for prospective clients' social media needs during the pitching process.
- Assist in developing proposal decks that showcase the agency’s expertise and past successes.
- Participate in client pitch meetings to demonstrate industry knowledge and creative vision.
Social Media Paid Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on paid advertising trends and platform updates to deliver cutting-edge strategies for clients and the agency.
Leadership and Strategy
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep clients and the agency ahead of the curve.
- Oversee and guide junior team members in content creation, management, and client servicing.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business development, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, management) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
