Manager, Product Management - Mastercard Processing MasterCard
Major Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Commercialization team to build and maintain a strong pipeline for multicurrency opportunities in the EEMEA region.
- Monitor product performance, provide feedback, participate in change control processes, and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with customer teams, customers, and third parties to develop product strategies and enhance existing product offerings.
- Develop and implement programs using the Go-To-Market process to increase card issuance in both established and emerging markets.
- Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, financial modeling, and planning.
- Execute business plans to promote the value and profitability of MasterCard acceptance.
- Enhance the development and design of product marketing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate the execution of advertising, promotional, and sales programs to meet objectives.
All About You:
- Extensive experience in product management, especially in launching products and propositions across multiple markets, including domestic and cross-border issuance.
- Experience in Issuer or Acquirer Processing.
- Background in technical sales or as a product manager for complex payment products or services.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes with diverse prospects.
- Ability to lead technical and business-level conversations.
- Knowledge of payments, either through service providers (banks, PSPs, fintechs, payment networks) or payments/processing solution providers.
- Strong communication skills, including storytelling, visual presentation, and handling customer objections.
- Understanding of influencing and value selling, tailoring messages to audience needs, and illustrating value over features.
- Experience in sales activities such as scoping, qualification, proposal writing, presentations, closing, and customer agreements.
- Skills in solutions development, architecting solutions to address pain points, and communicating value clearly.
- Self-motivated, independent, and effective team player.
