QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring – TM, SME & UTM – Cards & Payments Domain

Location: Dubai | Experience: 15+ years | Industry: BFSI

We are looking for a seasoned Functional Testing Leader with deep domain expertise in Cards, Payment Switching, ATM, and POS to lead complex testing programs for some of the top global banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end QA delivery across Cards and Payments engagements (functional, automation, performance).
  2. Create and drive test strategies, governance models, resource allocation, and QA plans.
  3. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing deliverables across projects.
  4. Conduct stakeholder discussions, manage risks, and escalate project concerns with proactive solutions.
  5. Provide comprehensive QA reporting, test coverage, and defect analysis metrics.
  6. Drive continuous test improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  7. Coordinate across onsite and offshore QA teams, ensuring collaboration, milestone tracking, and productivity.
  8. Own knowledge management, ensuring documentation, test artifacts, and lessons learned are updated and reusable.
  9. Maintain traceability between test activities and project outcomes to support audits and compliance.
Domain Expertise:
  1. Strong hands-on experience in Cards (Issuer/Acquirer), Payment Switches, ATM, POS.
  2. Exposure to payment switches like FIS IST (preferred), ACI BASE24, BPC SmartVista, HPS PowerCard.
  3. Testing experience on ATM and POS terminals.
  4. Familiar with VISA, Mastercard, CUP, JCB Issuer Certifications.
  5. Added advantage: Experience with Fiserv VisionPLUS or TSYS PRIME platforms.
  6. Understanding of Merchant Acquiring & Issuance processes.
Technical & Leadership Competencies:
  1. Proficient in QA governance, planning, monitoring, execution, and reporting.
  2. Build and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  3. Simulate data growth, performance testing, and high-throughput validations.
  4. Track and maintain QA KPIs, test coverage metrics, and defect leakage rates.
  5. Drive daily defect triages, resolution discussions, and user coordination.
  6. Strong people leadership skills – mentoring, task allocation, and performance tracking.
Required Experience:
  1. 15+ years of overall experience in BFSI domain, with 10+ years in Cards, Payment Switch, ATM, POS testing.
  2. Proven experience in leading multiple large-scale, complex QA projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination experience.
  4. Exposure to onsite-offshore models and global QA project delivery.
