Hays is currently partnered with an international maritime company in their search for an Investment Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Role Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Investment Director, this role involves creating detailed investment presentations and complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conducting comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify strategic expansion opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Analyzing the performance of acquired companies and assets, assessing value realization, and recommending optimization measures.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to prepare analyses for business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Presenting investment proposals to senior leadership, investment committees, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally CFA Charterholders with a degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, presentation, analytical, and deal support skills.
