Role: Pega Decision Architect
Key Skill: Pega with CDH framework, Pega prpc, JSON
Responsibilities:
• 7+years of experience in Pega and 3-4 years of experience in Pega CDH
• Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant
• Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework.
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.
• Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications, and Business Functions
• Designing and implementing REST API, Kafka and FTP based integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective
Good to have skills:
• Pega Lead system architect.
• Knowledge in externalization of Cassandra, KAFKA, Elastic search
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization.
