Job summary

Job description

• Prospect, qualify, and close B2B clients for services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, influencer campaigns, video production, and branding.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and craft compelling proposals tailored to their business goals.
• Manage and track your sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
• Follow up with leads across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.) to maintain engagement and close deals.
• Continuously stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in media, creative agencies, or marketing is a plus).
• Strong understanding or interest in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and branding.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a hunger to learn, grow, and consistently exceed targets.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is preferred.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.
