Job description

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary plus uncapped commissions, approximately 100K AED annually depending on experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent/native in English (C1) with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
