We are looking for a
Digital Growth & Platform Lead to drive digital visibility, platform performance, and channel engagement across our delivery, aggregator, and mapping ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, digital operations, and content coordination, and collaborates closely with both marketing and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Mapping Platforms (Google Maps, 2GIS, Yandex, Revinate): oversee digital presence and accuracy across key location platforms.
- Coordinate with the guest relations team on review monitoring and escalation.
- Track and improve local visibility and ratings across key touchpoints.
- Manage Super Apps & Aggregators (Zomato, Careem DineOut, Deliveroo, Talabat, Noon Food): manage dashboards, menu updates, and digital assets; coordinate campaigns with account managers; ensure consistency across branches and markets.
- Website & QR Journeys: ensure QR menus and redirects are accurate and functional; coordinate updates to menus, descriptions, or seasonal content.
- Performance Marketing: launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms; manage geo-targeted campaigns; collaborate on planning and reporting.
- Email, CRM & Loyalty: support email campaigns; contribute to loyalty program planning; maintain segmentation and track engagement metrics.
- Delivery & Digital Menus: manage product uploads; oversee seasonal updates in coordination with operations and content teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with marketing, operations, and external vendors to ensure cohesive digital execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, aggregator operations, or F&B performance channels.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business, and aggregator tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong data analysis and user behavior understanding.
- Ability to manage third-party vendors and coordinate cross-team workflows.
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience in hospitality, delivery-focused, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
