Job description

We are urgently hiring for our new project in Dubai for the position of Planning Engineer.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects in the UAE/Gulf Region.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Villa Developments, Master Developments, and Buildings Construction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Planning, Monitoring, Claims, Risks, & Contracts functions as a Client Representative.
  2. Review, analyze, and control Master Development / EPC / Contractor Baseline programs.
  3. Prepare and analyze Risk / Recovery schedules and highlight upcoming Risks & Impacts to Top Management.
  4. Analyze and monitor Baseline, Recovery, Weekly, and Monthly programs & reports for contractors & subcontractors.
  5. Assess EOT Claims for Contractors and respond to all contractual proceedings.
  6. Prepare MIS reports and Project dashboards (KPIs) for Top Management.
  7. Monitor and control Design and Procurement tasks. Prepare project cost control deliverables (Cash flow, S curve).
  8. Analyze and monitor site progress using database management.
  9. Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules for project execution and procurement management.
  10. Draft contractual correspondence to Contractors/Consultants regarding Progress, Time, and Contract issues.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method and Delay Analysis Techniques, capable of performing time impact and claim analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Primavera or MS Project.
  • Currently residing in UAE.
  • Available to join immediately.
