Our National Graduate Program provides an 18-month path for uncovering, nurturing, and empowering the passionate talents within our nation. Graduates in this program have the opportunity to dive deep into a world of unmatched industry knowledge, expert functional skills, and exceptional business acumen, setting the stage for an extraordinary career in the highly rewarding field of Luxury Retail. The provided job rotations outline opportunities for graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in different departments :

Rotation 1 : RSC (Retail and Supply Chain) with Nik Haggerty :

• Objective : Gain insights and skills in Retail and Supply Chain.
• Responsibilities : Collaborate with professionals, work on real projects, develop problem-solving and communication skills, network with industry professionals, and stay updated with technological trends.

Rotation 2 : Digital with Tomasz Mazur :

• Objective : Enhance app development and coding skills.
• Responsibilities : Collaborate with software engineers, lead projects, and engage in cross-functional teams to foster creativity and problem-solving in digital technology.

Rotation 3 : CITO (Chief IT Office) with Bethan Cryer :

• Objective : Learn and collaborate in a team supporting all departments across Group Technology.
• Responsibilities : Engage with Delivery Centers of Excellence, focusing on Portfolio Management, Project Management Office, and Agile practices to learn IT project management methodologies.
