Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage administrative procedures and systems, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilizing digital tools to enhance data retrieval and reporting capabilities.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings and events, including logistics management, agenda preparation, and minute-taking for effective follow-up.
  • Implement and oversee office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new staff, providing necessary training and resources for a smooth transition.
  • Conduct regular audits of administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
