Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our blue-collar recruitment services in Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships with companies that hire blue-collar workers, and securing job orders
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and approach construction, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, and facility management companies that require blue-collar workers.
• Requirement Gathering: Engage with HR and hiring managers to understand their manpower needs.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Build a strong pipeline of clients through cold calls, meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market demands, and UAE recruitment policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth candidate deployment.
• Targets & Reporting: Meet business development goals and provide regular reports on client acquisition and sales performance.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, recruitment, or blue-collar manpower solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of blue-collar workforce hiring in the UAE.
• Strong Communication: Ability to engage and negotiate with HRs and decision-makers.
• Sales & Networking Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to achieving targets and growing business.
• Language: Fluency in English and Hindi
What We Offer:
• Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 (based on experience)+performance-based incentives
