Managing Partner, Middle East - LHH Executive Search

Head of People

We are seeking talented individuals passionate about HR and People Analytics to join our client, who is currently focusing on their employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform and analyze various business functions including recruitment, hiring, and retention.
  2. Conduct executive coaching and leadership training as needed.
  3. Develop and implement compensation strategies and plans.
  4. Create and improve Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs.
  5. Administer benefits and retirement plans.
  6. Align business goals with human capital strategies.
  7. Provide strategic leadership.
Requirements
  1. 18-20 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience across all HR functions and operations.
  3. Talent management and vendor management experience in recruitment.
  4. Leadership skills to manage teams and influence organizational culture and talent strategy.
