Job Description

The Rides Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Miral Experiences Leisure Facilities within the Technical Services Rides Department, directly impacting the maintenance of rides, facilities, and attractions.

This role involves performing all necessary maintenance to preserve and enhance the physical functionality, safety, and appearance of rides, attractions, and facilities to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Scope:

  1. Perform daily checks, start-up, closing procedures, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all rides and attractions.
  2. Ensure rides and attractions are ready before operational hours.
  3. Maintain and ensure safety for colleagues and guests.
  4. Respond to and resolve downtime issues promptly.
  5. Reduce downtime by performing preventive maintenance according to manufacturer requirements.
  6. Report issues affecting safe operation to Team Leaders.
  7. Complete and submit all preventive maintenance checklists on time.
  8. Perform corrective maintenance effectively to prevent recurrence.
  9. Attend briefings, training, and development programs for personal growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Diploma.
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the theme park or amusement park industry.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following fields: Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
  • Physical fitness.
