Job Responsibilities

1. Updating accounting entries on a daily basis.
2. Handling various bank payment and receipt entries, including customer collections.
3. Accounting for income and expenses, ensuring timely vendor payments.
4. Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
5. Maintaining good knowledge of VAT, E-Invoicing, and VAT filing processes.
6. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
7. Preparing employee salaries and social insurance contributions monthly.
8. Finalization of accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
9. Coordinating with accounting consultants for compliance matters.
10. Reporting financial status to management.
11. Managing corporate tax filings and audit compliance.
