What you'll be doing:
Website Management:
Execute visual merchandising updates, manage new link creation and updates, and ensure promotions are implemented correctly.
Conduct regular navigation reviews and updates to optimize user experience. Reporting & Planning:
Prepare daily/weekly trade reports and category reviews with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the preparation of strategic planning documents and data-driven recommendations. Omni-Channel Expansion Support:
Manage executional tasks related to the Omni expansion, including technical and process-related aspects. Ad Hoc Operations:
Support inventory management tasks such as planning weekly transfers (e.g., UAE to KSA).
Brief team members, raise and validate technical issues, and contribute to process improvements. System Coordination:
Interact with multiple internal systems to ensure alignment of tasks and proper data flow.
Functional/Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in using website content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, Akeneo, Fluent, etc.
Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with multiple software systems.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferable
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, category management, or digital marketing. Demonstrated experience in executing website updates, reporting, or promotional tasks.
