Job Description
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), including posting, engagement, and responding to DMs.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Monitor online trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Track and report social media performance and lead generation metrics.
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and chat in both English and Hindi.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients.
- Provide accurate service information and support clients through the sales journey.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and report concerns or feedback to the internal team.
- Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
Coordination & Support:
- Collaborate with the internal team to align customer service and marketing efforts.
- Assist with basic backend and administrative support when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in service quality and digital reach.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual professional with digital marketing expertise and exceptional customer support skills. The candidate should be a confident communicator, tech-savvy, and adaptable to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Must-Haves:
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid Husband Visa (mandatory).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in digital marketing and/or customer support roles.
- Skills: Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business), content planning, basic copywriting, client interaction, lead follow-up, multitasking, and time management.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, etc.
Soft Skills:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in client conversations and digital tasks.
Nice to Have (Optional):
- Basic knowledge of backend support or CRM systems.
- Experience in service-based or startup environments.
- Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools.
