Maintenance Specialist Vacancy in Sharjah, UAE

Painter

1. Guarantees that all design upkeep repair service functions associated with the material of the hotel structure, i.e., wall surface papering, painting, and decorating.
2. Executes all preparation functions and embellishes all ceilings and walls within the complex.
3. Prepares and embellishes all woodwork, i.e., doors, architraves, windows, and skirting boards.
4. Strips and prepares all walls to take new wall surface paper as and when advised to do so.
5. Repairs and maintains existing wall surface treatments.
6. Performs preventative maintenance routines for all enhancing jobs as guided by the Chief Engineer.
7. Exercises an optimum stability scenario concerning the operation of the hotel's responsibilities. In specific areas, specialist supports will be provided where essential.

Job Type: Full Time

Capability to commute/relocate: Sharjah: Reliably commute or ready to relocate with an employer-provided relocation plan (Preferred).
