  1. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for rice and oil products in the HORECA and supermarket segments.
  2. Customer Acquisition & Maintenance: Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  3. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  4. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 2-6 years in rice and oil sales, specifically in the HORECA sector.
  • Customer Network: Existing network of customer contacts in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and closing deals.
