As the Manager IT Product Delivery for Web & Mobile, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle supporting strategic roadmap creation and executing key initiatives such as app modernization, emirates.com updates, payment methods, and booking options. You will lead the development and delivery of robust software solutions aligned with strategic goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences through our B2C digital channels. Managing a team of 10 direct reports—including Delivery Managers, TPMs, Architects, and software engineers—you will ensure engineering best practices in security, scalability, and quality engineering, including testing, performance monitoring, and continuous integration. Your role involves defining, delivering, and operating high-quality products, managing the product portfolio lifecycle from concept to service, developing roadmaps, and collaborating across teams for successful project delivery and product launches.

In This Role, You Will

• Product-oriented solution management: Oversee product lifecycle, define vision, strategy, and roadmap, and prioritize features based on business needs.
• Solution design and delivery: Lead technical resources to define features, design solutions, and ensure timely, within-budget implementation, maintaining quality standards.
• Delivery accountability: Manage end-to-end product delivery, engage with stakeholders, and handle issues and risks to meet expectations.
• Data-driven management: Use metrics to monitor performance, inform improvements, and collaborate to enhance product health.
• Investment planning and relationship management: Support long-term investment strategies, manage relationships with business units, and advise on investment plans and roadmaps.
• Budget management: Develop and manage budgets, forecast requirements, and contribute to business cases.
• Team building: Manage cross-functional teams, ensure resource optimization, and foster continuous improvement and staff development.
• Supplier relationship management: Maintain relationships with external partners and manage contractual obligations.
• Process improvement: Contribute to refining practices and skills across teams involved in product delivery.
• Innovation and learning: Stay updated on industry trends, promote innovation, and create growth opportunities for teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Information Technology or related fields.

Knowledge/Skills

• Extensive knowledge of product, program, and project management practices, preferably with certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI).
• Proven experience in technology product delivery at scale, across multiple business models.
• Leadership experience managing large teams and projects.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and technical solutions architecture.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
