We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hygiene & Quality Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our organization's food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and quality management systems
  2. Conduct regular hygiene and quality audits across all operational areas
  3. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on hygiene and quality performance
  4. Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations and standards
  5. Train staff on proper hygiene practices and quality control procedures
  6. Investigate and resolve food safety and quality-related issues
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field
  • HACCP Certification and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Certification
  • Proficiency in food safety management systems, particularly HACCP
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards
