Job description

• Manage end-to-end procurement for HVAC components, especially AHUs and FCUs.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for quality products and timely delivery.
• Evaluate technical specifications and ensure material compliance with project and client requirements.
• Review and process purchase requisitions in coordination with project, design, and engineering teams.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance regularly.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and quality control for material receipt and inspection.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of procurement activities, including pricing, lead times, and contracts.
• Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding purchasing performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on the HVAC industry.
• Specific experience in sourcing or working with AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC systems is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of HVAC suppliers and market trends within the GCC region is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
