Assistant Manager – Delivery
Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for an Assistant Manager – Delivery who will support, manage, and coordinate the retail delivery fit-out process from unit handover, interior design, and construction to successful completion in accordance with the company’s objectives (assets and developments), balancing and meeting requirements for consistent standards, premium quality, and expeditious delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for all design & fit-out matters between the Tenant and the company’s Project team, Asset Management, Estates, Portfolio, Design and Infrastructure, and Legal. Reporting to the Director of Retail Leasing, you will be responsible for the following:
Business Capabilities
5+ years of experience in an interior design company or in a Retail Delivery role.
Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC retail construction requirements.
Strong client-facing experience.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong understanding of approvals processes, fit-out activities, and procedures.
Interpersonal Skills
Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong conflict resolution/management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Education
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.
