Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to identify their eyecare needs and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
• Demonstrate and explain the features of optical products, ensuring customers understand their benefits and usage.
• Utilize sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Stay updated on the latest eyecare technology and trends to effectively inform and engage customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer service, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients in a retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the eyecare/optical industry, demonstrating proven success in a client-facing role.
